Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 1) Lead engaging, informative, and safe tours for groups of various sizes.
  • 2) Share compelling historical, cultural, and anecdotal information about key sites.
  • 3) Ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests throughout the tour.
  • 4) Manage tour logistics, including timings, tickets, and headcounts.
  • 5) Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service on the go.
  • 6) Represent Wanderlust Adventures with professionalism and passion.

    • Qualifications:

  • 1) Exceptional public speaking and storytelling skills.
  • 2) Deep knowledge of county and its history/culture.
  • 3) Ability to entertain and engage diverse audiences.
  • 4) Reliability, punctuality, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • 5) First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
  • 6) Fluency in English required; additional languages are a major asset.
  • 7) Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and work weekends/holidays.

    • Travel Consultant (Itinerary Planner)

    Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 1) Consult with clients (in-person, by phone, or email) to understand their travel dreams, budget, and preferences.
  • 2) Design customized, detailed day-by-day itineraries for independent travelers and small groups.
  • 3) Provide expert advice on destinations, logistics, and travel trends.
  • 4) Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and partners.
  • 5) Stay updated on travel restrictions, attractions, and new experiences.

    • Qualifications:.

  • 1) Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  • 2) Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills.
  • 3) Keen attention to detail.
  • 4) Proficiency with travel booking platforms and software.
  • 5) Broad general travel knowledge; specific regional expertise is highly valued.
  • 6) Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
  • 7) Patience and creativity to tailor trips for all types of travelers.
